Mill Creek Care Centre is the final component of Tollendale Village to be completed. Tollendale Village is a Continuum of Care development with 284 independent living units with some assisted living services and now also a 160 bed long term care facility, the Mill Creek Care Centre. Although the Care Centre is owned by a separate charitable corporation, it is an integral component of the Village. The entire Seniors Community of Tollendale Village, operated on Christian values, was the vision of the founders when Simcoe County Christian Senior Home Inc was first established in 1985. The journey to this point has taken 10 years with the first apartment building being occupied in 2000.

The Board has retained the expertise of Responsive Health Management (RHM), to manage Mill Creek Care Centre on its behalf. RHM has many years of experience in managing long term care facilities and we are pleased to have this arrangement with them.
